Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch stock items within 2 - 7 working days of receiving your order and stock items that require finishing, eg. painting, or items made to order, within 5 - 10 working days of receiving your order.  However, as our products are hand-made, individually and in small batches, and are therefore not always held as stock items, or when we have many orders to fulfil, delivery may be up to 28 days of receiving your order (possibly longer during very busy times although rare).  We will contact you before processing your order if it appears delivery will take longer than advised.  You will then have the opportunity to amend or cancel your order.  If you'd like to speak to us about how long an order might take, or if you need an order delivered by a certain date, please feel free to contact us.  Full payment is taken at the time of processing your order. 

Standard delivery charges (post & packaging) on our website are charged as follows:

Free delivery when you purchase our postcards and/or gift vouchers only, anywhere in the world.  These are kept in stock and therefore should be with you within a few days.  However, if we estimate delivery to your destination outside the British Isles taking longer than 28 days, we'll advise you when you place your order.

For orders to the value of £20 and under

£2.95 anywhere within mainland UK and UK Highlands and Islands, including Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Hebrides, Shetland, Orkney, Scillies and Northern Ireland.

£3.95 to Southern Ireland and the Channel Islands (for Channel Islands, please select UK as the country and Channel Islands as the county at our checkout).

£6.95 to EU countries including France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Austria, Portugal, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Hungary, Czech Republic, Latvia, Poland, Estonia, Lithuania, Slovakia and Slovenia.

For orders over the value of £20

£4.95 anywhere within mainland UK.

£12.95 to UK Highlands and Islands, including Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Hebrides, Shetland, Orkney, Scillies and Northern Ireland.

£14.95 to Southern Ireland and the Channel Islands (for Channel Islands, please select UK as the country and Channel Islands as the county at our checkout).

£22.95 to the following EU countries: Hungary, Czech Republic, Latvia, Poland, Estonia, Lithuania, Slovakia and Slovenia.

We are happy to ship internationally to destinations other than those mentioned above but please contact us to enquire about delivery charges before placing your order (unless you are purchasing just postcards when delivery is free).

Guaranteed and Saturday deliveries - mainland UK only

We use a non-guaranteed 48 hour courier service.  However, we are happy to arrange a guaranteed and/or Saturday delivery service if required at an extra cost.  Please contact us for a quote before placing your order if this service is required.  Alternatively, you may pay the extra charge once your order is ready for dispatch if you'd then like this additional service. This service is only available once your order is ready to be dispatched (see top of this page for delivery dispatch times).

There may be rare occasions when the weight of your order will not be covered by the standard delivery charges quoted above.  In these circumstances, we will contact you to advise you of any additional charge after you place your order.  You will then have the option to change or cancel your order. 

We reserve the right to change our delivery charges where necessary, without notice.
